Aaron J. Cargo - President

Aaron Cargo is the President and Chief Executive Officer of MobileBand Communications, Inc., and is the visionary responsible for the synergy that exists between the Company and its strategic partners. His unique combination of skill sets and experience encompass systems and network administration, audio and video production, home automation, theater design, acoustics, and training as an educator and classical musician, as well as a diverse combination of retail and operations management that affords him the unique ability to balance strong-handed management and humility. In the formation of MobileBand Communications, Mr. Cargo has assembled a management team from experts in their respective fields and provided the vision and direction to bring the power of advanced information technology to the issues inherent in the nature of digital media workflow.

Mr. Cargo is an alum of Seton Hill University where he studied music education and education technology and was a scholarship athlete. Recipient of the prestigious Aloysia Lowe Presidential Scholarship, which is awarded to an incoming freshman based on their merit in academics, community service, and leadership, Mr. Cargo immediately set to work finding ways to improve upon the University's educational processes including the redesign and subsequent support of the computer music labs. He would later accept an internship position as a member of the network administration and help desk teams; a position that was created specifically for him.

Mr. Cargo also serves on the curricular advisory board for the departments of media arts and information technology at the Pittsburgh Technical Institute, is the director of music ministries at Circleville United Methodist Church in Irwin, Pennsylvania, and holds a certification as a Crestron Certified Independent Programmer.

Bruce E. Freshwater - EVP, Technology Services

Since January 2007, Bruce Freshwater has been the CEO of Sierra w/o Wires, a leading Pittsburgh based Network Solutions and Managed Service provider. Sierra's expert IT engineering and management teams provide their 150+ customers in 24 states with services ranging from strategic business/IT architecture and process alignment, to server, application and network product procurement, installation, configuration, monitoring, management and hosting, as well as security analysis and application development. In his role, Mr. Freshwater has been responsible for Sierra' technical operations and business oversight. Since Sierra's inception, Sierra's growth has been well over 100% per year to include expansion of offerings to include Data Center hosting services through Sierra w/o Wires sister organization - Sierra Data Centers where Mr. Freshwater serves as the Chief Technology Officer.

Prior to his current role, Mr. Freshwater was responsible the CEO and Founder of Innovations in Technology (InnovationsTech) sharing in the exact same role that he holds at Sierra. Mr. Freshwater was responsible the business model design of InnovationsTech expanding the organization across over 20 states with Mr. Freshwater's engineering team of twenty five specialized engineers and over 120k of monthly technical services revenues.

Mr. Freshwater has been in the Information Technology career field and electrical/digital engineering roles since 1992.

Michael J. Giles - EVP, Business Development

Michael Giles is the Executive V.P. and Lead Market Analyst for Business Development with MobileBand Communications, Inc. Michael also holds a position with Tri-State Video Services Inc., our partner company and direct sales channel, as Sales Manager/Marketing Coordinator; a position he has held for 6 years.

Mr. Giles graduated with his BA in Management including concentrations in Marketing & General Management from Point Park University in 2000. Michael started his collegiate career on a Golf scholarship at the University of South Carolina at Aiken, which he attended for one year. Seeking a stronger academic challenge and the opportunity to compete in a division 1 environment, he transferred to Robert Morris University where he attended from 1996 to 1998 continuing his education and athletic contributions on the Colonial Golf Team. Michael completed his BA of Science in Business Management at Point Park University where he was a scholarship athlete and a member of the Pioneers Baseball team in 1998, helping to lead the team to a 46-6-2 record and a berth in the NAIA College World Series in Tulsa, Oklahoma.

Upon completion of his undergraduate degree in 2000, Michael was fast tracked into the world of business as a Restaurateur. Throughout his academic career, Michael used his Grandfathers restaurant as the basis for several class projects while completing the PPU MBA program. Michael assumed the General Management position for his Grandfather at Cafe on the Green on the Niagara County Golf Course in 2001. Michael handled all RFP submissions to the Niagara County legislature, coordinated all large events including the Chamber of Commerce outing which was attended by over 650 people. During this time, he also handled all business operations for the Cafe on the Green. In the first 2 years of his employment, Cafe on The Green experienced a 150% increase is gross sales. Michael also established 2 other incorporations while handling his duties as General Manager of the Cafe. Cafe on the Green Catering was established to supplement off season hours and Pooh-Nanio Bros. Inc, a food manufacturing company focused on a Coney Island meat sauce, whose recipe is still owned by Pooh-Nanio Bros. today.

Michael's ability to develop and sustain business relationships with clientele and vendors alike affords MobileBand Communications opportunities to partner and expand constantly. His communication skills, market strategies and hard work, combined with the ability to provide leadership in times of adverse market situations, dedication, drive, and a track record of success represent the leadership quality and character Michael brings to the executive team at MobileBand Communications.
